Debbie Ong

Lead Trainer - Function + Flow Teacher Training

A safe space. Yoga has always held that title for me. Although the definition of "safe space" has altered through the years, the practice has shown up time and again to create ease, to question/challenge, to inspire growth.

Each person's journey with yoga is unique. But it is for everyone. As educators of the practice, our sole purpose is to share the teachings of yoga; and to hold a safe space for self study & discovery.

I am first & foremost, a student of this practice, learning on my path; and sharing what I know along the way.

Trainer - Function + Flow

‘A solid foundation is the key to make all things possible’.

As a strong believer in this philosophy, I integrate it deeply into my yoga teaching by emphasising alignments and mindful movements.

By blending traditional yoga techniques with modern elements and continuously refining the practice with new insights, I strive to create a nurturing space where students can cultivate a practice that is safe, solid and sustainable.

A yoga journey goes far beyond physical well-being; it’s a path of self-discovery and transformation. My goal is to share my knowledge and empower students to tap into their inner potential, allowing them to experience their growth both on and off the mat.
