About Your Teacher: Cay Mee brings with her a unique blend of traditional Indian yoga coupled with modern physiological-based yoga and pilates techniques melded together with her intimate knowledge and understanding of the human body and the way it moves. She posseses a wealth of knowledge and experience, having founded a successful yoga studio in Thailand and sharing with students from all over the world, and all walks of life during her 18 years involvement in yoga, with her early experience learning under the Fitness First Regional Yoga Trainer, Vincent Tam. Cay Mee is a United States Yoga Works-certified and India Ashtanga Yoga-certified instructor, with additional certificates in Anusara Yoga and STOTT Pilates. She is currently also deep in research and developing her own unique therapy techniques in spinal realignment and muscle strengthening to help in healing the body. Her philosophy is that yoga has practical therapeutic and healing benefits to the body and mind.
